United States President Joe Biden said Monday that he will announce a new package of sanctions against Russia later this week, according to a statement released by the president’s office after his arrival in Kiev, Ukraine.
According to the statement, the Biden administration will also announce the delivery of critical equipment, “including artillery and ammunition, anti-armor systems, and air surveillance radars.”
