Biden: US will not engage in conflict in Ukraine

United States President Joe Biden in his State of the Union discourse said the US forces are not engaged and will not engage in the conflict with Russian forces in Ukraine.

He said the US military will, instead, be deployed to defend Washington’s NATO partners, such as Poland, Romania, Latvia, Lithuania and Estonia in case President Vladimir Putin chooses to “keep moving west.”

“As I’ve made it crystal clear the United States and our allies will defend every inch of territory that is NATO territory,” he added.
