Tunisia-COVID-19: Tunisia logs 3 deaths and 1211 infections

3 COVID-19 deaths and 1211 infections were logged on February 28 from 6637 tests (18.25% positivity rate), taking the caseload to 999441 and death toll to 27824, the Health Ministry said.

The number of recoveries rose by 2714 , hitting 953587 .
