PDL leader transmitted a formal Correspondance to the Ambassador of the United States in Tunis on Wednesday, March 24, 2021. Through this message, she aims to inquire regarding the stance of the U.S administration on the activities of the NDI in Tunisia.

According to her, the Republican-American cannot stay silent for long in the face of an American NGO, which no doubt, considerably damages the image of the great democracy that is the United States of America.

The letter may have already been received even before the mail reaches its destination. This is the benefit of a live. A one from the parliament. During this live, the PDL leader did not fail to underscore the historical aspect of the Tunisian-American relationships, their relations and the prospects that they offer in the future for the two nations in the mutual respect and the construction around common values: freedom, human rights and democracy.

She has the credit of saying out loud what others think deep down. Americans are smart enough to understand her message and appraise her courage. It calls for democracy on the ground and starts to cast a wide net.

Disappointed by the political microcosm of political correctness for its extremely poor political and economic results, several Tunisians today appear to adhere to the  Free Destourian Party’s thesis.

Unless another way rises … And it will not be from Carthage, at least in its prevailing configuration.
