CAF Awards: Osimhen best African player, list of winners of 2023 (videos)

Boycotted by the Algerians, the ceremony of the 55th African Ballon d’Or took place this Monday in the early evening (video), at the  Congrès palace of the Mövenpick Mansour Eddahbi palace, in Marrakech, Morocco.

It’s the great day of the black continent with the CAF Awards ceremony, revealing the different winners of the different personal distinctions, which saw the Nigerian striker from Naples, Victor Osimhen win the prestigious prize for best player 2023.

The technical commission of the governing body of African football would have chosen to award the following prizes to the winners, cited in detail below:
– Club of the Year 2023 (women): Mamelodi Sundowns (South Africa);
– Club of the Year 2023 (men): Al Ahly (Egypt);
– Interclub Player of the Year 2023: Fatima Tagnaout (FAR / Morocco)
– Interclub Player of the Year 2023: Percy Tau (Al Ahly / South Africa)
– Young Player of the Year 2023: Nesryne El Chad (LOSC Lille / Morocco)
– Young Player of the Year 2023: Lamine Camara (FC Metz / Senegal)
– National Team of the Year 2023 (women): Nigeria;
– National Team of the Year 2023 (men): Morocco;
– Goal of the year 2023: Mahmoud Abdelmonem Kahraba (Al Ahly / Egypt);
– Goalkeeper of the year 2023: Chiamaka Nnadozie (Paris Foot Club / Nigeria);
– Goalkeeper of the year 2023: Yassine Bounou (Al-Hilal / Morocco);
– Coach of the year 2023 (women’s selection): Desiree Ellis (South Africa);
– Coach of the year 2023 (men’s selection): Walid Regragui (Morocco);
– Women’s eleven of the year 2023 (video);
– Male eleven of the year 2023 (video);
– 1st Prize for contribution to the world of African football: President of Senegal, Macky Sall;
– 2nd Prize for contribution to the world of African football: Alassane Dramane Ouattara (President of Ivory Coast);
– Best player of the year 2023: Asisat Oshoala (FC Barcelona / Nigeria);
– Best player of the year 2023: Victor Osimhen (Naples / Nigeria).
