The Earth will see a lunar eclipse in the Earth’s shadow on the morning of Monday, March 25, 2024. This eclipse will impact the western half of the African continent, such as Tunisia, the western European continent, the eastern half of Australia, and the Americas. The eclipse in all its stages will last about 4 hours and 39 minutes.

The percentage of the Moon entering the Earth’s penumbra at the height of the eclipse will reach approximately 95%.

The stages of the eclipse according to local time are as follows.

The height of the eclipse. 8:12 a.m.

The Moon emerges from the earth’s darkness. 10:32 a.m.
