Egyptian Ministry of Health reported that ambulances transported 4 wounded passengers on the boat to Mubarak Central Hospital.
The same source revealed that ambulances would continue to park at the scene of the accident, until the search for the missing individuals was completed, confirming that the state of alert was raised in hospitals in the region and of the surrounding area, as well as the availability of all blood groups, medicines and supplies necessary to deal with the accident.
Informed sources at the Ministry of Health clarified that the boat had between 8 and 10 workers on board, belonging to an Egyptian company and that it sank at 7 a.m. this morning.
