Explosion reported at Niagara Falls Rainbow Bridge

A large blast took place on the Rainbow Bridge in Niagara Falls, ABC News reported on Wednesday citing numerous law enforcement sources.

The Niagara Falls mayor’s office noted the incident implicated a vehicle going from Canada into the United States, adding that the bridge will be closed on both ends until a thorough inquiry has been carried out. The Federal Bureau of Investigation in Buffalo later confirmed in a social media post that the blast had happened, sharing that it is working together with “local, state, and federal law enforcement partners” on this probe.
