The French Foreign Ministry urged Iran on Thursday to return to the negotiations over the Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action (JCPOA) “if its intentions are good.”
The ministry went on to accuse Tehran of delaying the talks and using that time to continue with its “nuclear violations.”
