FTF meeting: Tunisia plans to organize the CAN U-23

During its meeting carried this Monday afternoon, in the attendance of the President of the FTF, representatives of the Ministry of Sports, the establishment of Tunisian television and the presidents of the clubs, the Federal Office of the FTF issued a  press release in which it was decided the following:

– In coordination with the Ministry of Sports, the FTF intends to organize the 2023 Africa Cup of Nations under 23, qualifying for the 2024 Olympic Games.

– The said office today requested the Ministry of Youth and Sports to plan a meeting about TV rights. In this regard, the Tunisian football body confirmed in a press release that it did not stop Tunisian television from filming and broadcasting sports interviews, nor that it refused the principle of staggering, indicating that it could not, on its own, examine a contract or contract signed 3 years ago.

– The FTF has likewise called on the Regional Leagues to apply the law involving the recent overflows recorded in several stadiums over the past few days.
