An unexpected strike by train drivers of the Tunisian Railway Company, which has been organized since Thursday, August 24, 2023, has postponed the transfer of an amount of commercial phosphate from the district of Mdhila to the Mdhila 1 plant under the Tunisian chemical group.
According to data reported by Tunisie Numerique’s correspondent in the region, the export of a shipment of 2 thousand tons of high-quality triphosphate to Italy has been deferred. The boat intended for the export of this cargo should reach this Friday, August 25, 2023, at the commercial port of Sfax.
