A federal grand jury charged on Friday four ex-policemen implicated in the murder of George Floyd, accusing them of breaching his constitutional rights.
The jury indicted Derek Chauvin, Thomas Lane, J. Kueng and Tou Thao, according to the unsealed indictments, for not giving medical care to Floyd. Furthermore, Chauvin, Thao and Kueng have been charged with violating Floyd’s rights by using unreasonable seizure and excessive force.
