Hamas: ‘Ball’ in Israel’s hands now

Hamas claimed that Israel has turned down the truce proposal put forward by mediators and stated that the “ball is now completely” in Israel’s hands, French news agency AFP reported early Friday.

“The negotiating delegation left Cairo heading to Doha. In practice, the occupation rejected the proposal submitted by the mediators and raised objections to it on several central issues,” the group said.
