United States Vice President Kamala Harris responded on Sunday to the shooting that took place near her Republican opponent in the 2024 election Donald Trump’s golf club in West Palm Beach by saying that “violence has no place in America.”
“I have been briefed on reports of gunshots fired near former President Trump and his property in Florida, and I am glad he is safe,” Harris wrote on X, formerly Twitter.
