Israeli forces raid al-Shifa Hospital

Israeli forces have raided Gaza’s al-Shifa Hospital, with the Health Ministry saying the raid on the facility – the fourth since October – has resulted in deaths and injuries.

The occupation forces suddenly stormed the hospital under heavy fire cover and besieged the largest medical complex in the Gaza Strip, in light of the bombing that targeted parts of it. Media outlets reported that there were martyrs and wounded by the occupation forces’ fire inside the complex.

The Palestinian Ministry of Health in Gaza stated that it holds the Israeli occupation responsible for the lives of medical staff, patients and displaced individuals inside the Shifa Complex, and described what the occupation forces are doing against the medical complex as a flagrant violation of international humanitarian law and the Fourth Geneva Convention.
