Kuwait’s prime minister submits cabinet resignation to emir

Kuwait’s Prime Minister Mohammed Sabah al-Salem al-Sabah tendered the resignation of his entire cabinet to the country’s Emir, Sheikh Mashaal al-Ahmed al-Jaber al-Sabah.

This customary step follows the parliamentary elections held on April 4, as stipulated by Article 57 of Kuwait’s constitution.
