Libya-FM El-Mangoush welcomes UN envoy, reiterates importance of beginning work in Tripoli

Libyan Foreign Minister Najla El-Mangoush has welcomed the role of the UN envoy to Libya and emphasised the significance of his work from Tripoli, adding in a phone call with the Head of UNSMIL, Abdoulaye Bathily that joint collaboration and coordination between UNSMIL and the Foreign Ministry is very vital in leading Libya to stability and elections.

El-Mangoush reiterated the commitment of the Government of National Unity to overcoming the challenges that Bathily could encounter doing his job to establish peace and stability and fulfil the aspirations of the Libyan people.
