Libyan Foreign Minister Najla El-Mangoush has welcomed the role of the UN envoy to Libya and emphasised the significance of his work from Tripoli, adding in a phone call with the Head of UNSMIL, Abdoulaye Bathily that joint collaboration and coordination between UNSMIL and the Foreign Ministry is very vital in leading Libya to stability and elections.
