During this meeting, President Kais Saïed underscored the significance of cohesion and harmony in government work. He recalled, following article 87 of the Constitution, that the role of the government is to assist the president in the exercise of the executive function.
President Kais Saïed reiterated the importance of the social role of the State, as stipulated by the Constitution, in the provision of fundamental public services to citizens, especially in the health, education and transport sectors.
The president recalled that the degradation of these services is the result of choices inflicted from the outside and widespread corruption, and insisted on the need to put in place plans to overcome this situation, with urgent measures to alleviate the burden. suffering of citizens.
The president also stressed the critical role of public administration in serving citizens, based on impartiality and equality. He insisted that every leader, regardless of their level of responsibility, must place first the sacred duty of serving citizens and promoting the nation.
