Mexico’s coronavirus infections top 500,000

The latest results released by Mexico’s Ministry of Health showed the country registered 505,751 COVID-19 cases in total, making it the sixth nation worldwide in the number of recorded infections.

During the day on Thursday, 7,371 people were confirmed with the virus, the data shows, while 627 died, which takes Mexican fatalities attributed to the disease to 55,293.
