The British Academy of Film and Television Arts (BAFTA) reported on Thursday the nominations for its 77th Motion Picture Awards, which will take place on February 18 at the Southbank Centre’s Royal Festival Hall in London.
Christopher Nolan’s Oppenheimer, which recently won the Golden Globe Award for Best Motion Picture – Drama, received the most nods, 13, including those for Best Film, Best Director, and Adapted Screenplay. Other nominees for Best Film are Anatomy of a Fall, The Holdovers, Killers of the Flower Moon, and Poor Things.
Fantasia Barrino, Sandra Huller, Carey Mulligan, Vivian Oparah, and Margot Robbie will compete with Emma Stone for Best Actress, while Bradley Cooper, Colman Domingo, Paul Giamatti, Barry Keoghan, Cillian Murphy, and Teo Yoo received nods for Best Actor
