Putin to self-isolate over COVID risks

Russian President Vladimir Putin will self-isolate “for a certain period” as a number of his entourage members tested positive for COVID-19, Kremlin confirmed on Tuesday.

Due to the quarantine, Putin will partake in the summits organized by the Collective Security Treaty Organization (CSTO) and the Shanghai Cooperation Organisation (SCO) via videoconference, the statement read.
