Russia expels diplomats from Baltic states

Russian Foreign Ministry confirmed on Tuesday that it is revoking the accreditation of ten diplomats from Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania. The ministry invoked the principle of reciprocity after the three states expelled ten Russian diplomats earlier this month.

The ministry states it is revoking the accreditation of four employees of the Lithuanian Embassy, ​​three of the Latvian Embassy, ​​as well as three representatives of the Estonian Embassy and the Pskov office of the Estonian Consulate General in St. Petersburg.
