Saudi Arabia: Tunisian consulate in Jeddah publishes list of 60 deceased Tunisian pilgrims

The Tunisian consulate in Jeddah today issued a list of the names of 60 pilgrims who passed away during the 2024 pilgrimage to Saudi Arabia.

The number of Tunisian pilgrims who died during the pilgrimage reached 53 yesterday, June 23, revealed the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Migration and Tunisians Abroad, which affirmed that the Tunisian delegation is basing itself on official data provided by the competent Saudi authorities.

Two days ago, Tunisian President Kaïs Saïed dismissed the Minister of Religious Affairs, Ibrahim Chaïbi, from his post.

As a reminder, Saudi Arabia reported on Sunday, June 23 the death of 1,301 people during the pilgrimage.
