Three flying objects entered Japan between 2019 and 2021

Japan stated on Tuesday that three unidentified flying devices were seen over its territory in the period between 2019 and 2021 which it “strongly suspects” were spy balloons of Chinese origin.

According to the Defense Ministry, Tokyo had reached out to Beijing upon the discovery of the objects in an effort to establish the facts of the case and prevent the incidents from happening again.
