Tunisia-Abir Moussi: Rached Ghannouchi continues to violate the parliament Internal Rules

PDL leader  Abir Moussi underscored that even with the halt of the work of the Parliament, Rached Ghannouchi continues to find despite everything the means to violate the Internal Rules of the parliament .
Under Article 56 of the regulations, it is the parliament office that has the prerogative to set the delegations that represent the Assembly and house speaker. She further considered that if the President of the Republic had dissolved the parliament, he could not have taken such an initiative.
Because it is in his capacity as President of the Tunisian Parliament that the Inter-Parliamentary Union invited him to partake in its 143rd session and it is in this capacity that he appointed Fethi Ayadi and Oussama Khlifi to represent him at this event.
