Free Destourian Party leader Abir Moussi expressed that today’s session had at most limited the benefit of isolating the tumour, referring to MPs who ticked both the “yes” and “no” boxes in their votes.
The MP revealed that some deputies found themselves between the fear of losing their electorate and the pressure exercised by Ennahdha movement. They later took pictures of their ballots in which they checked the yes box and then put across in the other box so that the vote was cancelled.
Moussi remarked that the same operation was carried out by 18 MPs, which could be a sign as to their identity.
