Tunisia- Abir Moussi will not appear before the Aouina brigade

PDL leader Abir Moussi announced that she will not appear before the Aouina National Brigade for various reasons. Moussi stipulated that under article 68 of the Constitution, the public prosecutor did not have the right to initiate an inquiry against an MP  who is only in the process of honouring his responsibilities in relation to parliamentary functions.
Believing that this decision forms a flagrant violation of legal procedures, she indicated that this summons was sent to house speaker Rached Ghannouchi and not to PDL deputies.
The president of the PDL has further announced that she will file a complaint against the spokesman of the court of first instance of Tunis, Mohsen Dali for having deceived people.
