ISIE chief communication officer Adel Brinsi declared that the Independent High Authority for Elections has properly set the second qualifying round of the early presidential elections for October 13.
He revealed that specific declarations of the ISIE’s president and some of its members concerning the probability of challenging official elections results shouldn’t be interpreted inadequately.
In this proper context, he reemphasised that the ISIE is trusted with the success of the electoral and democratic process as well as to carefully respect the constitutional deadlines (the interim president shouldn’t exceed 90 days in office.).
He further asserted that the ISIE would push with their continuous demands to liberate presidential nominee Nabil Karoui.
