Tunisia-Administrative tribunal responds to PM Mechichi

Informed sources have reported to Tunisie Numérique the Opinion of the Administrative Tribunal concerning the conflict between the President of the Republic, Kais Saied and prime minister Hichem Mechichi in relationship with the cabinet reshuffle and the swearing-in of new ministers.

In this context, the court stressed that under article 120 of the Constitution, the authority falls under the exclusive competence of the Constitutional Court and that in the nonexistence of a text which gives it this competence, the administrative court cannot rule on this question.
