“Afek Tounes” party professed that it will not partake in the local council elections, planned for December 24, 2023.
The party clarified that this decision is part of the rejection of “hybrid” political choices which, in no case, change the situation of Tunisians and that it is a waste of time, energy and of resources.
Afek Tounes once again called for ending legal proceedings initiated against opponents and reporters, and to respect political freedoms, far from any repression of political and civil forces on the national scene.
