Tunisia-Ahmed Karam: Banks are under great pressure

Ahmed Karam, former president of the Tunisian Professional Association of Banks and Financial Institutions confirmed that for a year, Tunisian banks have been under significant pressure, due to the financial balances of the Tunisian State.
 
In a radio interview on Tuesday, Karam clarified that these banks are now directing the majority of their resources to finance public companies and bail out state coffers.
