Tunisia-Ahmed Souab: We risk a constitutional coup

Concerning the formal letter sent by prime minister  Hichem Mechichito the administrative tribunal, the former judge at the administrative tribunal, Ahmed Souab affirmed that the tribunal is not judicially competent to settle the dispute between the two heads of the executive power, adding that the constitutional court is the only one that can end this dispute.

Souab likewise said that if Hichem Mechichi gives in to Kais Saied’s dictates and drops the cabinet reshuffle even partly, it could be regarded as a constitutional coup.
