Al Karama Holding has revealed the fulfilment of the full sale of shares in Mourad Trabelsi’s company to Mehdi Doss, owner of a chain of restaurants in Moscow. According to the same source, Al Karama Holding conducted this sale of 100% of the capital of the said company on behalf of the State, for a price of 2.055 million dinars.
It should be mentioned that the company of Mourad Trabelsi is an individual company with restricted liability (EIRL), entirely exporting, created in January 2003 with a capital of 60 thousand dinars, and specialized in the export of all kinds of fish and seafood. , especially bluefin tuna. The company has an operational license outside the Chebba region of the governorate of Mahdia, valid until 2026.
