Al Karama coalition bloc submitted a legislative initiative on Thursday, July 09, to restrict the jurisdiction of military courts to military crimes only.
The initiative further aims to create military circles in Excellent Courts of First Instance and courts of appeal under its wings to oversee crimes committed by soldiers or military crimes that involve civilians outside barracks.
