Tunisia- All flights at Tozeur–Nefta International Airport suspended for 3 months

All Flights to Tozeur-Nefta airport will be postponed for a renewable period of three months due to the commencement of the reconstruction works of the airport’s infrastructure, the TAP reported.

With a budget of approximately 34 million dinars, operations will last for two years.

The operation, directed at enhancing parts of the airport, includes the repair of the airfield and terminal and will be carried out with a budget of 24.6 million dinars.

Other actions provide for reinforcement of lighting and airway beacon to facilitate the landing of aircraft. The cost of these works will reach 10 million dinars, according to the same source.
