President of the Association of Tunisian Magistrates (AMT) Anas Hmaidi today called on the magistrates concerned to address the administrative court in order to challenge the latest judicial movement which, according to him, seeks to subjugate the justice sector.
He, in the same sense, thought that this movement included several mutations “dictated by the executive power”.
“The AMT will request for explanations on the details of this judicial movement which, in fact, falls within the prerogatives of the Superior Council of the Judiciary” declared Hmaidi today on the sidelines of a press conference.
