An agreement was approved this Saturday, November 13 between HAICA and Hannibal TV on the return of broadcasting on the condition that the legal situation of the company is fixed.
In order to do this, Hannibal TV needs to adhere to the timeline on which the two parties have consented, the HAICA statement read.
The channel must also enable HAICA access to all its administrative and accounting documents so that the authority can control its financial operations, but further comply with the specifications and independence of the editorial line.
