49.1% of Tunisians believe the Coronavirus is the result of an international conspiracy.
According to a study published by the newspaper Achourouk in its issue on Sunday, November 1, 2020, which was carried out in cooperation with the International Institute for the Studies of Public Opinion, approximately 50% of those questioned believe that a global conspiracy is behind the epidemic and its spread.
In addition, some 48.1% of them indicated that the appearance of this virus was due to the specificity of the Chinese food consumption pattern.
Regarding Tunisia’s position in the “conspiratorial” context in which some belief, the study showed that 60.3% of Tunisians believe that the country’s internal policies are predetermined by the great powers and that the latter is in charge of planning and control of other countries and even terrorism.
