Tunisia-Arrest of criminal who carried out operations in pharmacies

Security agents of the direction under the judicial police of Gorjani, succeded in arresting a criminal who threatened the owners of pharmacies, Sunday, January 24, 2021.

The latter intimidated workers at a pharmacy located at Rass Tabia in Bardo and seized 500 dinars as well as bank checks on January 22, 2021.

The next day, he hid himself by shaving his beard and hair, to do the same operation in a pharmacy in El Manar, scaring the workers with a bladed weapon (a knife). 1500 dinars were stolen.

The suspect acknowledged to having carried out two operations and a third in Cité Ettahrir.

It is noteworthy, that the criminal was convicted in similar cases to 13 years in prison, of which he spent only 8.
