The Public Prosecutor’s Office at the Judicial Counter-Terrorism Division was commissioned to investigate a case related to the concealment of an intelligence document which warns against the killing of Mohamed Brahmi in 2013, member of the defense collective Imen Gzara told TAP on Tuesday.
The decision was made Tuesday by the Criminal Chamber specialised in terrorism cases at the Tunis Court of First Instance after reviewing the case file of Mohamed Brahmi’s assassination, Gzara added.
The outcome of the case will be made known on Tuesday evening or Wednesday at the latest, she added.
Brahim, member of the National Constituent Assembly (2011-2014) and founder of the Popular Current, was assassinated on July 25, 2013 outside his house.
