Tunisia-More than 1,700 offences registered in the distribution of subsidized products

The Ministry of Commerce has announced that more than 1,700 economic violations connected to the distribution of subsidized products have been identified during the first half of January 2023.

The ministry explained that the economic control services are continuing to enforce the common program of control and the fight against monopoly and speculation.

The first assessment of the control operations carried out, during the period from January 1 to 14, 2023, registered 3,373 economic offences, including 896 economic offences within the framework of joint regional control operations, details the same source.
