Tunisia-[Audio] Fethi Ayadi accuses Kais Saied of disrupting national dialogue

Speaking to Tunisie Numérique,Ennahdha movement spokesperson Fethi Ayadi accused President Kais Saied of obstructing the implementation of the national dialogue with his unclear stances.

“Sometimes he reveals himself in favour of dialogue, other times he states that this dialogue needs to take place but with preconditions … He even named a new conception of dialogue which he declined to explain.” The national dialogue should deal only with urgent issues linked to the health and economic crisis and even those related to the change of the current government. Nevertheless, it would be pointless to enter a phase of long debates on the constitution and the political regime, particularly in the context of such a lack of visibility, he added.
