Tunisia-Audio Imed Ben Halima: President Kais Saied violation of the lockdown is unacceptable

President Kais Siaed violation of lockdown during his visit to Jemallia in Kairouan is unclear and unacceptable, said Attorney said Ben Halima in a declaration to  Tunisie Numerique.

He said he understands the head of the state humanitarian duty which pushed him to supervise the aid distribution however he the guarantor of the constitution and the symbols of the state, as well as the head of national security council which took the decision to impose the lockdown and curfew but what he did, was a clear violation of the decision.

He considered that video showing the president to be shocking as his action was done bu night and didn’t respect safety measures as citizens gathered and pushed each other during the distribution.
