Tunisia-[ Audio] Zouhair Maghzaoui: Political parties and President Kais Saied have to assume responsibility in the success of the next phase

Echaab movement respects president Kais Saied choice of Prime minister-designate Elyes Fakhfakh, announced “Echaab ” Secretary-General Zouhair Maghzaou in a declaration to Tunisie Numérique. He indicated that the presidency has its approaches and might have been under pressure to select this figure.

All parties including the head of the state have to assume responsibility in the next phase, stated Maghzaoui.

Furthermore, Granting the vote of confidence for PM Fakhfakh will be connected to meeting the PM and his insight about the government formation which will be presented to the party political bureau for discussion, he asserted. He emphasised that fundamentally their no problem in participating and voting for the cabinet.
However, this stance is linked to the cabinet programs and negotiations with other parties including Echaab partner, the democratic current.
