Speaking to Tunisie Numérique, Former Ennahdha MP Samir Dilou affirmed more than 100 “members” have submitted a collective resignation from the Islamist party. This resignation is due to their failure to handle the party’s problems, however also to the isolation created by the policies of the current leadership and more especially those of the party president Rached Ghannouchi and his team, he said.
Because of this isolation, Ennahdha is unable to join one of the fronts of struggle against “the coup,” he added.
