Speaking to Tunisie Numérique, Local director of religious affairs Aymen Ben Omar affirmed that all programmed celebration for the Mouled had been abolished inside and outside mosques, celebrations will only be limited to festivities without gathering. The step was taken as part of preventive measures against COVID-19 and adopted health protocols in religious establishments.
Our speaker noted that no infections have been reported in the ranks of Mosques officials.
