Tunisia-Ayachi Hammami: 37 complaints filed against Minister of Justice (video)

Spokesperson for the defence committee of the dismissed judges  Ayachi Hammami, called, this Monday, January 23, 2023, for all the judges to respond and to convene the Minister of Justice Leila Jaffel, as soon as possible.

Hammami accused Jaffel, of “committing a crime” by rejecting to apply a decision of the administrative court of reintegrating most of these judges, and of “making” criminal affairs against them.

“The defence committee of the dismissed judges filed 37 complaints against the Minister of Justice… Jeffal leads severe overruns and has committed a crime… We call on the judges to respect the law and the independence of justice (…). » he assured.

It is recollected that since June 1, 2022, the head of state Kais Saied has arranged the power to dismiss the magistrates, and the same day dismissed 57.
