The regional chamber of notaries in Sousse declared a ban for notaries to travel to formalize marriage contracts, given the gravity of the epidemiological situation in the region. Nevertheless, it is still permitted to conclude marriage contracts inside the offices of the notaries and in the attendance of the bride and groom only, and to avoid the gatherings that normally take place in such ceremonies.
