Tunisia-Biography of Abdellatif Missaoui, Minister of State Domains

Abdellatif Missaoui was designated Minister of State Domains in the government of Hichem Mechichi following the reshuffle of January 16, 2021.
Abdellatif Missaoui was born on November 1, 1964, in Thala in the governorate of Kasserine. He is a third-level judge who has held various positions, including that of the president of the Land Court of Kébili, Gabès, Mahdia and Medenine.
He was district chief at the Kef Tribunal and he is a teacher at the Higher Institute of Legal Studies in Gabès and a founding member and president of the National Center for Land Law.
Mr. Missaoui served as governor of Ben Arous for five years before resigning when his secondment expired.
