The president of the union of medical analysis laboratories, Rabeh Blaïech, declared on Monday that the laboratories will stop the deal with the CNAM, with regard to the third-party payment formula, and be satisfied with the refund of costs.
He clarified that the CNAM has not paid the considerable sums due to the laboratories, which are about 50 million DT.
This shortfall threatens the livelihood of multiple laboratories, he added. The union nonetheless leaves the door open to dialogue with the CNAM and the supervisory authorities.
